物理学专业硕士导师,主要研究方向为新型低维/半导体光电功能材料及器件的结构设计、制备与应用。招收对凝聚态物理学科上述相关方向感兴趣的研究生。

主持及骨干参与国家基金、国家重点研发、军科委重点基础研究、企事业合作技术转移等科研项目多项。第一作者或通讯作者在国际、国内学术期刊发表论文40余篇,以第一发明人获得国家发明专利授权2项,实用新型专利3项,软件著作权1项。
